# Income and payouts

> The market's commission, the 7-day hold, moving income to your balance and withdrawing it.

Your income isn't your site balance. Sales land in a separate income account under
**Income & payouts**, wait out the dispute window, and then you move them to your balance or
withdraw them.

## Commission

The commission is taken at the moment of sale. The editor shows **you get** next to every price:
that's after commission. Payouts themselves are free.

**Your author link** is on **Income & payouts**: share your profile on social media and streams,
and purchases through it cost you half the commission.

## Hold

Each sale stays **On hold** for 7 days: the dispute window. If a buyer gets a refund through a
dispute, it comes out of that sale's hold first. After 7 days the amount moves to
**Available** by itself. **Income & payouts** shows when the next amount comes out of hold.

## Getting the money

**Move to balance**

**Move to balance** puts available income on your site balance instantly, with no minimum.
Spend it on subscriptions and the market. It can't be moved back to income.

**Withdraw**

**Withdraw** works like referral payouts:

* from **\$20** of available income;
* methods: **SBP**, **Card**, **USDT**;
* processed by hand, usually within 7 business days;
* one request at a time. The amount leaves **Available** when you file it.

If a request is declined, the money returns to your site balance.

> While a dispute or a rules check is open, the money for those sales stays on hold until it's
> decided. If moderation freezes payouts, **Income & payouts** says so: contact support.

## Statistics

The **Author dashboard** shows, for 7, 30, 90 days or all time and per item or branch: income
after commission, sales, card views, conversion from view to purchase, refunds and active users.
**Needs attention** lists reviews waiting for a reply, open disputes, rejected versions and
discounts about to end.
